You may have seen that the HSSO, ASCA and Datadrivesinistght.com have partnered to offer 1000 subsidised leadership assessments – the CILCA360: Care Industry Leadership Capability Assessment, to front line and middle managers in aged care and disability services.

Why?
The Royal Commission highlighted the need for stronger resources to support workforce leadership, development, skills and culture, as underpinning practices to support provision of high quality and safe care.
We know that good leadership skills are important to lifting the standard of care in Australia and the CILCA360 is a great way for leaders to get insights into their current strengths AND where they can improve to have a positive impact on team performance and care outcomes.
To encourage uptake, the HSSO have subsidised 1,000 places for individuals to use the CILCA360 tool. These places are for frontline and middle management staff in aged care and disability services who have been nominated by their employer.
As an employer of leaders in the industry, we are holding an online information session for you to find out more and have any questions answered.
What can you expect?
- Hear from employers who have used the CILCA360 for their leaders and how it benefited them.
- Hear from a front line leader on the positive impact the opportunity to get feedback and work with a coach on setting leadership development goals was for them.
- A chance to understand more about the assessment and how it works – ask questions of those who created and administer the assessment.
