All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to RAAFA’s Andrew Russell Veteran Living (ARVL) program in Western Australia, which addresses homelessness in veterans.
Seminar Highlights
- Psych Safety Expert, Abby Hunt, will summarise the key research “insights” that illustrate the practical, yet critical importance that psych safety plays within every team and organisation.
- Past Assistant Commissioner of WA Police, past CEO of St John’s Ambulance (during the pandemic) and current CEO of RAAFAWA, Michelle Fyfe will share her personal experiences of leading and working within teams at either end of the psych safety continuum. Her experience will connect the dots on how psych safety impacts everything, including wellbeing and overall performance.

Abby Hunt
Abby is a Counselling Psychologist, highly motivated in assisting individuals and organisations, to reach their full potential. Abby has specialised in employee and management professional development programs and executive coaching and has a particular interest in team and organisational culture change programs. Abby co-created the PSI Program and PSI360.
Michelle Fyfe APM
Michelle has served the community in a variety of leadership roles over a career spanning close to 40 years.
In addition to her Chief Executive role, Michelle is a Commissioner of the Western Australia Football Commission. This not-for-profit sports association acts as the caretaker of Australian Rules Football throughout the State of Western Australia and a non-executive Director of Parkerville Youth and Care Inc, supporting vulnerable children, young people, adults, and their families in WA.
